Request a mountain stay quote before anything is reserved

Use this page to request a mountain stay quote for any of the ten lodgings, or for a cooler place we have not listed yet. The quote costs nothing, holds nothing and commits you to nothing.

When the answer comes

The form takes requests 24/7. A request that reaches the office by 1 pm on a weekday is answered in writing by 5 pm the same day; anything that arrives later, or over a weekend, is answered by 5 pm on the next weekday. Requests are read in the order they arrive.

Lines you will find in it

  • the lodging and the exact room type
  • each night with its own rate, since Friday and Saturday often cost more
  • any required nightly fee, named
  • the taxes the lodging will add, with their rates
  • the lodging's deadline and fee for changes or cancellation
  • how and when the lodging takes payment

What helps us quote quickly

A first night and a number of nights, even approximate ones, let us ask the lodging a precise question. If your dates can move by a few days, say so: in mountain towns a Sunday arrival can be much quieter than a Friday one.

Your request for a written quote

No payment and no card details here. A quote costs nothing and you owe nothing until you approve it in writing.

A request in by 1 pm on a weekday is answered by 5 pm that day.

One thing to leave out of the form

Please leave card numbers out of the form and out of email. When the time comes to pay a deposit, the lodging takes it directly through its own channels.
